Ethics
Our ethics and community impact plan details what it means for us to operate as a heart-centered, conscious business, informed by professional advisory and space for self-reflection for growth and best practice.
‘Our Ethics’ is a living document shared here for full transparency and to encourage discourse on the critical issues that the psychedelics retreat industry must contend with if we are to do this work with openness and transparency at its core to take full responsibility of the work.
The plan addresses our:
- Comprehensive approach to safety and our philosophy of care
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging including access to retreats through bursary’s.
- Actions towards social impact and reciprocity
- Regenerative business model
Reciprocity
Five percent of all retreat profits are dedicated to an Indigenous Elders’ Community Programme, supporting vital needs such as infrastructure, land rights, and emergency medical care. This commitment is more than financial — it is an act of honouring the roots of this work and recognising the communities who have safeguarded these medicines and traditions for generations.
By giving back, we acknowledge our responsibility to sustain those who sustain us. Reciprocity ensures that this work is not extractive but regenerative — creating a flow of care, respect, and support that strengthens both indigenous communities and the collective healing journey we are part of.
Bursaries
INYE is committed to working with ethics and integrity at the heart of our mission. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging is a cornerstone of that commitment. INYE offer bursaries to support those who have a financial need and prioritizes those who are historically underserved, underrepresented, or oppressed.
